About the event
Dr. Lacey LaVigna grew up in Northern California where she worked closely with many species and developed a
passion for animal health. After attaining a Bachelor of Science at the University of California, San Diego, she
completed a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at St. Matthew’s University, School of Veterinary Medicine and
performed her clinical rotations at University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation, she
pursued a rotating internship at East Bay Veterinary Specialists, before working for the esteemed San Francisco
SPCA. After many heartfelt years at the SPCA organization, Lacey moved back to her hometown of Petaluma to
